CENTURY 21 SCHEETZ TO ANCHOR AMBROSE ON MAIN

Hudson Investing, Bowen Capital, and project partners announced that CENTURY 21 SCHEETZ plans to anchor the commercial space at Ambrose on Main, further establishing the $27 million mixed-use development as a cornerstone of Westfield’s expanding downtown. The expansion marks CENTURY 21 SCHEETZ’s continued growth across Central Indiana and signals strong momentum for Ambrose on Main as construction progresses.

“CENTURY 21 SCHEETZ choosing Ambrose on Main is another powerful affirmation of the growth and energy happening in downtown Westfield,” said Mayor Scott Willis. “This investment reflects the confidence businesses have in our community and strengthens the vision of creating a lively, connected downtown where people can work, play, and stay.”

CENTURY 21 SCHEETZ will occupy the premiere commercial space located at the northeast corner of SR32/Main and East Streets as part of a strategic expansion, adding to its network of 10 offices across Central Indiana. The new office will serve as a hub for more than 50 residential real estate professionals, along with full-time sales support and management staff. The location positions the firm at the center of one of the region’s fastest growing and most desirable communities, aligning with its commitment to serving buyers and sellers throughout the north Indianapolis metropolitan area.

“We are excited to expand our footprint into Westfield and be a part of Ambrose on Main,” said Tracy Hutton, CEO, CENTURY 21 SCHEETZ. “Westfield continues to be one of Central Indiana’s most dynamic and desirable communities, and this new office allows us to better serve our clients while being part of a vibrant and growing downtown environment.”

CENTURY 21 SCHEETZ’s presence at Ambrose on Main underscores the development’s role as a gateway to downtown Westfield. The project features 87 apartment homes, nearly 13,000 square feet of commercial space, and thoughtfully designed gathering areas including a rooftop patio, plaza, and courtyard. The addition of CENTURY 21 SCHEETZ enhances the mix of uses and brings a daily professional presence that will contribute to the energy and vitality of the district.

“We are proud to welcome CENTURY 21 SCHEETZ to Ambrose on Main,” said Kent Ritter, Founder and CEO of Hudson Investing. “Their decision to expand into this development reflects the strength of the Westfield market and reinforces our vision of creating a dynamic, mixed-use destination that brings together housing, commerce, and community. Having a leading real estate brokerage anchor the project is a meaningful milestone as Ambrose on Main continues to take shape.”

CENTURY 21 SCHEETZ is expected to open its new office in late 2026, coinciding with the completion of Ambrose on Main. Future residents, commercial tenants, and community members are encouraged to visit www.AmbroseOnMain.com to join the interest list and receive updates on the development.
